Dean Bennett

Dean has nearly 40 years of business experience. In the corporate world he has worked across a range of areas including strategy, management and leadership, training and development, projects, product management, marketing and operations. He has also worked in academia, as a lecturer, project manager and academic head. In the past 15 years as a freelance learning and development consultant working with major corporate, small business and university clients, Dean has delivered events in the UK, Europe, USA, Hong Kong and China. Lately, he has been involved in delivering and assessing apprenticeship development programmes in management and project management. Dean has an MA in Management Practice, an MSc in Mindfulness and Compassion and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

Learn Project Management

Project Management is quickly emerging as one of the key skills required for Financial Operations professionals and Shared Services Leaders. You may not be the ‘Project Manager’ but it’s highly likely that you’ll be involved in some way in the successful delivery of a project. For this, you must have an understanding of the project management lifecycle, key stages of projects and how projects are structured for success. This course, which is led by Dean Bennett (Leadership and Project Management educator) will provide you with an in-depth understanding of how to establish and deliver a project on-time and within budget.

Course Structure

This course is delivered live, online by Leadership and Project Management tutor Dean Bennett. The course is split into four, 3 hour interactive sessions where you will learn the Project Management lifecycle including how to Establish, Plan, Implement and Close a project.

This course is suitable for

Individuals who don’t possess any Project Management experience through to experienced Project Managers who would like to refresh their knowledge, processes and skills.
